After graduating in Economics (Corporate Law) at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan (Italy), he started to practice the profession of Chartered Accountant and Auditor, specializing in management control systems. For many years a member of Supervisory Committees and Boards of Statutory Auditors of important listed and multinational companies active in the commodities and services sectors.

A graduate in Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan (Italy), he started his legal career in a leading law firm in Germany, where he completed his apprenticeship, specializing in international commercial contracts. After returning to Italy and qualifying as a Lawyer, he contributed to the multidisciplinary development of his family-owned law firm, integrating litigation and asset protection practices.

A graduate in Economics (Corporate Law) at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan (Italy), he gained work experience at international level in auditing and tax advisory on investments, subsequently assuming the role of financial director for an important private equity fund operating in Luxembourg and Italy. Since 2008 he works as a business advisor, focussing on internationalization and corporate restructuring projects.

After obtaining a Federal Diploma as Certified Expert in Finance and Controlling, he achieved a number of specializations in the Swiss domestic taxation system, and is a certified fiduciary accountant in Canton Ticino. He gained significant work experience in major professional services and fiduciary services firms in Switzerland, specializing in planning and control methods. Since 2011 he is also a managing partner in a major fiduciary services firm in Lugano, where he mainly deals with Swiss domestic taxation issues.

Graduated in Economics at the University of Bergamo (Italy) he enriched his technical and professional expertise in USA and UK where he obtained a Master Certificate in Management Skills Development. During his career, he specialized in corporate finance and debt origination both with Italian and International groups, focusing also on asset protection strategy. As former professional basket player, Alberto served as Managing Director for Italian sport teams (basket and football) and for the International FIBA (International Basket Federation) within the organization of European and Junior World championships. Alberto is a Board Member of Italian, Swiss and Dutch companies where he is functioning as independent director.

After graduating in Business Engeneer at the Business School – University of Liège (Belgium), Bruno practiced the professions of Registered auditor and Chartered Accountant in Belgium and Luxembourg during 27 years at an international level. He managed important and complex restructuring operations.

Since 2016, he assumes the role of Independent Director and Internal auditor also for financial institutions.

Bruno collaborates with the Business School – University of Liège (Belgium) on governance topics.

He is back to Italy with his family since July 2019.

Graduated at Bocconi University (Milan) with a Master Degree in Audit and Control, after completing a 5-year degree in Business and Economics at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (Milan).

Before joining the LVT Advisors team, she gained experiences by working at a primary American consulting firm as management consulting analyst. Veronica is in charge of strategy consulting and controlling for SME market.
